Two bodies were found in Scotland in a city where two Hungarian twins have been searched for since the beginning of January, reported Agence France-Presse, quoted by BTA. The two bodies were found within a few hours in the River Dee in Aberdeen.
In a statement, local police hinted that the second body may be that of Eliza Husty.
Eliza and her sister Henrietta Husty were 32 years old and were part of triplets. Their third sister lives in Hungary, but Eliza and Henrietta had lived in Scotland for 10 years and shared a home. They were last seen on January 7 after 2 a.m. walking along the River Dee in Aberdeen at night.
The investigation is ongoing, but so far police say there is no evidence to suggest foul play.
Shortly before they disappeared, the two sisters told the owner of the home they were living in that they planned to leave.
