North Korean soldiers currently training in Russia would be a legitimate target if sent to Ukraine, White House spokesman John Kirby said today , quoted by France Press.
"For now, we still don't know if these soldiers will fight on the side of the Russian army," said the spokesman for the National Security Council.
In his words, however, there is such a "disturbing possibility".
