At the end of the concert in Odessa by Desi Dobreva and three folk dance ensembles from the Bulgarian Bessarabian villages of Kamchik, Kulevcha and Delzhiler in the Odesa region, an alarm was announced.

Desi Dobreva's concert took place today in the city garden in Odessa on the central street "Deribasovska". The motto of the event in the Rotunda in the City Garden is "From the Bulgarians for Odessa and Odessans".
Bulgarians in Odesa Region number over 150,000 people and are the third largest according to the official census in Ukraine in 2001. In the city of Odesa itself live about 50-60 thousand Bulgarians. The largest compact Bulgarian population is concentrated in Bolgrad, Izmail and Belgorod-Dniester regions.
