An official car of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), which was moving towards the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant (ZAEP), was hit by drone. This was announced by the organization's press service on the social network X.
"Today, on the way to the nuclear power plant in Ukraine, a drone hit and seriously damaged an IAEA service vehicle,” said the release.
"Rafael Grossi condemned it as "unacceptable” attack on agency personnel working to prevent a nuclear accident during a military conflict”, the statement added.
It is not known where the attack took place. At the same time "Society" published a video with a damaged car of the Ukrainian MP Rudyk, who accompanied the mission. This means that the attack probably took place when the vehicles were passing through territory controlled by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
