Voters can submit applications for voting at current address by April 4. This is indicated in the CEC chronogram for the parliamentary elections on April 19.

A voter whose permanent and current address are in different settlements may request to be entered in the voter list at current address. The request is made in writing to the mayor of the municipality, region, city hall or to the deputy mayor and contains the voter's uniform civil number, the type and number of his or her identity document and signature.

The request can also be submitted via an electronic application here.

After a voter is entered in the electoral roll at his or her current address, a certificate for voting in another place cannot be issued, the chronogram says.

Voters with permanent disabilities, whose health condition prevents voting in a polling station and who possess a document from the TELK/NELK, may submit an application for voting with a mobile ballot box to the mayor of the municipality, region, city hall, or deputy mayor, also by April 4.

In April, is the eighth parliamentary vote since 2021. Regular parliamentary elections were held on April 4, 2021, followed by six snap elections. The April 19 elections will be the seventh snap elections after the regular ones on April 4, 2021.
