The PP-DB announced that they will appeal to the Constitutional Court because of the voted resignation of the manager of the Health Fund, despite her withdrawal. According to MP Vasil Pandov, this is a plan by GERB and DPS to control the Treasury, BNR reports.
"What they did today is they voted for a resignation that is no longer there, that is, solely on their own will - so to speak, a dictatorship of the current majority, the manager of the NHIF and the management of NHOC is currently single-person, without a manager, in the sub-manager of GERB-DPS. We will appeal to the Constitutional Court whether it is possible for the National Assembly to release someone who does not want to be released, without any other reasons," said Pandov.
Already the former manager of the National Health Insurance Fund Stanimir Mihailov explained that the withdrawal of the resignation was his personal decision. He finds it strange that he was not given the opportunity to present his reasons in the plenary hall.
"The conditions for which I tendered my resignation some time ago were not met, and what is even more strange, which no longer surprises me, is that no one talks about what work has been done, what is to come it's over at the Health Fund, and everyone only talks about politics and makes personal attacks. I don't feel like a victim," he declared.
