The Food Agency starts inspections before the Easter holidays, NOVA reported.
Inspectors will monitor the quality of everything we would put on the Easter table - from lamb, eggs, couscous to fresh vegetables.
The origin and proper storage of the foodstuffs offered on the market will be checked.
