The Sofia district court is sitting in the defamation case brought by the former chief prosecutor Ivan Geshev against the ex-justice minister Atanas Slavov, NOVA reported.
The occasion - Slavov's statement that the former accuser number one has a connection with the circle around Martin Bojanov - the Notary.
Ivan Geshev filed a civil claim for BGN 20,000 in each of the cases. Atanas Slavov and Borislav Sarafov have been summoned for questioning.
