I am seriously having fun with another Geshev, Borisov or Peevski, as Kalin Stoyanov is at the moment. There must always be a monster to fight. Stoyanov is not an outsider to the system, that is why those working in the Ministry of Internal Affairs feel that he is their own person. This was stated by the criminal psychologist Rosen Yordanov on the air of Nova TV.
According to the media expert Assoc. Georgi Lozanov, there is no doubt that this is a typical departmental protest, which should protect the head, because he can continue to be in this position: “This minister turned out to be the brightest political marker in the office government, because the division between Delyan Peevski and PP-DB turned out to be. How objective it is, how much it expresses something outside of it.”
„Wages in the sector have risen and this has had its impact. I am not defending Stoyanov, but the reasons why he wanted to resign were sucked out of his fingers. Gorica Grancharova-Kozhareva must be in a very uncomfortable situation. And if it stays, and if it is removed, it will become a scandal”, Yordanov thinks.
According to him, the Ministry of Interior should not tie itself to winning elections: “Peevski's influence is greatly exaggerated – the moment he steps on the stage, that influence is different and much weaker than before.”
„Apparently Stoyanov is dependent on some politician as long as he remains in his post even though he is the bone of contention. There is a rather incomprehensible stubbornness. Even more – The PP-DB stand against him, and he was part of their government," commented Lozanov.
„The law on the so-called "LGBT Propaganda" in schools demonstrates a Russophile majority – it shows a symptom of something that can happen in the next parliament”, he also emphasized.
In Yordanov's words, Kozhareva is a narrow specialist who does his job: “This person was put in an uncomfortable situation, in which he has to assume a statesmanlike behavior as well as frame and recruit staff – so were Glavchev and Todorov.”
„In the case of Kozhareva, the question is why the choice is not Dimitar Glavchev. Obviously someone is giving signals and these figures are moving. In politics, personalities are extremely important. Three individuals overthrew communism at the time, so history is led by individuals”, Prof. Lozanov also believes.
