The Speaker of the 50th National Assembly Raya Nazaryan lifted the immunity of DPS MP Ceyhan Ibryamov.
The decision came after an extraordinary Council of Presidents convened in the Parliament. 13 of the CEC members voted "for".
Ibryamov is a deputy candidate from the coalition around Ahmed Dogan “Alliance for Rights and Freedoms”.
