SANS and the Ministry of Interior have entered the office of the civil association “BOEC“, the organization claims with a live broadcast on Facebook. “They are trying to break down the door of the BOEC office and break inside. They turned out to be from the Ministry of Interior and the National Security Agency!", the association wrote on its website, quoted by dariknews.bg.
Later, the SDVR sent a message to the media, in which they refuted the allegations.
"The allegations about an NGO office being inspected are categorically untrue," the SDVR explained. A report of accommodated foreign citizens was filed this morning. Employees of the “Countering Crimes Related to Illegal Residence and Entry of Foreigners into the Country“ sector of the SDVR conducted an inspection in a housing cooperative in the central part of the city.
In various apartments, law enforcement officers found 25 people of Arab origin, one of whom was declared a state-wide wanted person.
During the live broadcast of "BOEC" uniformed officers are seen standing in front of the door. The chairman of the BOEC asks them who they are, and one of the policemen replies that they are conducting an inspection.
