A man with an axe smashed the windows of the GERB party office in Dobrich. This was reported by the Bulgarian National Radio.
The incident dates back to August 26. At around 6:30 p.m., the man smashed the windows of the office, then left his axe on a bench in the city center and left the scene of the incident.
The perpetrator has been identified by the police. He is a 43-year-old man. The person has no criminal record. The man has been detained for up to 24 hours.
The District Prosecutor's Office has been notified of the case. Pre-trial proceedings have been initiated.
