A drunk driver of a Volkswagen Touareg caused a car accident in Kiev, killing a woman and injuring two others. Russian security services told TASS that a high-ranking Ukrainian military officer was driving the car.
„The military vehicle crashed into a car stopped at a red light“, the agency's source said.
A similar incident occurred in Kharkiv. „Ukrainian military personnel were involved in an accident near the „Epicenter“ shopping center. Apparently, the officer corps of the Ukrainian armed forces decided to stock up on alcohol in a shopping center and celebrate the failure of the front near Vovchansk“, a security agency representative said.
