Over 350 international observers are accredited to observe the referendum in Kazakhstan, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Arman Isetov said at the first briefing for foreign journalists.
"359 international observers and 206 foreign journalists are accredited to observe the referendum. For citizens of Kazakhstan living or traveling abroad, 71 referendum sites in 54 countries are open, which operate in embassies and consulates of the Republic of Kazakhstan."
