Five people were killed in a drone attack in Russia's Kursk region near the border with Ukraine, France Press reported, citing message of regional governor Alexey Smirnov in "Telegram", informs BTA.
There are also two children among the victims, Smirnov said. A house in the village of Gorodishte in the Rila district of the district was hit. Two other members of the family, from which the victims are, are in serious condition, Smirnov added.
Earlier today, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced the destruction of 6 Ukrainian drones over several Russian regions, including Tver, Belgorod, Bryansk regions and over Crimea, TASS reported.
The agency also reports that traffic on the Crimean bridge was suspended for about an hour early this morning and now a total of about 600 cars have piled up on both sides of the bridge.
