A little girl was killed and four of her relatives were injured in a Ukrainian drone attack in Russia's Belgorod region today, TASS reported, quoted from BTA, referring to the governor of the southern Russian region bordering Ukraine, Vyacheslav Gladkov.
He wrote in "Telegram" that the target of the attack this evening was a car in which a family of five was traveling. A four-year-old girl was killed and her parents, as well as her grandparents, were injured. The grandfather is in serious condition.
Belgorod region has regularly been the target of Ukrainian artillery fire and drone attacks since Russia's full-scale invasion of the neighboring country more than two years ago.
Earlier yesterday, an attack by Russian forces with a guided bomb on the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv killed one person and injured nine people, local authorities said.
