The Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada did not support the resignation of the head of the State Property Fund, Vitaly Koval, Ukrinform reported, citing a statement on Telegram by Yaroslav Zheleznyak, a deputy from the "Golos" faction, quoted by BTA.

A total of 225 deputies out of the required 226 voted for his resignation.

As reported, Koval was appointed head of the fund on November 21, 2023. Before that, since 2019, he headed the Rivne Regional State Administration.

Earlier, Kamyshin stated on Telegram that "he will continue to work in the defense sector, but in a different role". He was appointed Minister of Strategic Industries of Ukraine in March 2023.
