An Israeli military official said on Monday that Iranian airstrikes last month hit some Israeli military sites, Reuters reported.
The agency notes that this is the first such public admission that Israeli military infrastructure was hit.
There were "very few" sites, the source said, adding that their work had not been disrupted.
The Israeli military declined to provide further details, including which military sites were hit or how serious the damage was.
Iran launched waves of airstrikes against Israel last month after Israel launched a surprise attack on Iranian nuclear facilities and the Islamic Republic's missile arsenal on June 13, Reuters reported.
Iran's strikes have often targeted the densely populated cities of Tel Aviv and Haifa, as well as the southern part of the country around Beersheba, where a number of military facilities are located.
Several residential buildings were hit in the attacks, although the Israeli military said most incoming missiles and drones fired from Iran were intercepted during the 12-day war.
28 Israelis were killed people. Iranian authorities said the Israeli attacks, some of which targeted the densely populated capital Tehran, killed 935 people.
The Iranians killed both military commanders and civilians, while the 28 killed in Israel included only one soldier, who was on leave, Reuters noted.
Israel and Iran agreed on June 24 to a ceasefire under the auspices of the United States after the US military bombed Iranian nuclear facilities.
