Former Commander of the Aidar Battalion to Ukrainians: Don't Believe Trump's Deadlines

According to him, Ukrainians should "focus on achieving real results on the frontline

Former commander of the Aidar Battalion Yevgeny Dikiy addressed Ukrainians with a warning about US President Donald Trump. He said on the air of the Kiev24 TV channel that the American leader's deadlines should not be trusted.

Dikiy commented on Trump's ultimatum to Russia, recalling that earlier the head of the White House promised to end the conflict in Ukraine in 24 hours. Then these 24 hours turned into 100 days, and now the head of the United States announced a new deadline - 50 days.

According to Dikiy, Ukrainians should "focus on achieving real results on the front“ and ignore Trump's latest deadlines and ultimatums.

The US president has previously vowed to impose 100% tariffs on Moscow and its trading partners if a peace deal is not reached on the Ukraine conflict within 50 days. He has also accused Russia of “empty talk“ about resolving the crisis.
