A letter with three bullets was sent to the Serbian Minister of the Interior Ivica Dacic. This was reported by BTA, referring to the Serbian publication "Politika".
The envelope addressed to the minister was noticed during the regular sorting of mail in the Serbian government building. The bullets were discovered during a security check of the shipment on an X-ray machine.
It was established that the shipment was delivered on August 26 to the Serbian post office in Pozarevac. The person who delivered the envelope has also been identified. Further work is underway to establish all the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The Ministry of Interior announced that it is taking all legally prescribed measures and actions to protect the safety of citizens and institutions of Serbia.
