In March 2023, the IMF approved a four-year financing program for Ukraine in the amount of USD 15.6 billion. To receive the funds, Kiev must fulfill certain obligations - the so-called structural indicators. The funds are allocated in separate tranches after an audit of compliance with these conditions. The fund's experts assess Kiev's compliance with the terms of the memorandum on economic and financial policy, in particular, budget execution, the state of international reserves and the implementation of reforms.
