On 06.09.2024, the General Terms and Conditions of the contracts for the customers that Electrohold Sales supplies as a supplier of last resort (SPI) will enter into force .
The general conditions make it easier for customers who no longer have to enter into individual contracts with DPI. An important change is that invoices for consumed electricity to DPI customers will be sent electronically, and they will have available an electronic archive where the invoices are stored. Paper invoices will be discontinued from November 2024, with customers having the option to activate their access to the e-invoice portal:
• Following the instructions they will receive the email address they provided for contact
• Online at www.electrohold.bg/faktura
• In a shopping center of Electrohold
• On phone 0700 10 010
The advantages of the electronic invoice are:
• Free receipt of original invoice by email
• Personal online archive of 36 months
• Valid tax document
• One email address for all batches
• Cleaner nature
Customers can get information about their monthly bill on the information line 0700 10 010, online at the virtual POS terminal of Electrohold Sales at www.electrohold.bg/vpos

DPI supplies temporarily to customers who have not chosen a supplier or the supplier they have chosen does not deliver for reasons independent of the customer (bankruptcy, termination of activity, etc.) based on of a license issued by the Commission for Energy and Water Regulation. DPI guarantees that in the event of unforeseen circumstances or difficulties for the customer to enter into a contract with a merchant, the customer will not be without power until a selection is made.
