Food Trading LLC, Divenko and Trofimova were found guilty of falsifying oil with vegetable fats. The supplier was Food Trading, and the producers were Divenko and Trofimova. Counterfeit products are sold in the "Svetofor" retail chain. in several Russian regions.
Inspection of quality and control bodies by "Rosselhoznadzor" at the production sites showed that not everything is fine with other products.
In the enterprises, the temperature regime was not respected and there was a lack of control over the production process. Veterinary certificates for “veal“ and "Mantis in Uzbek“ were found to be invalid.
At the individual entrepreneur Marina Trofimova, the inspectors found 569 packaged packages of oil without markings and a box of monolithic oil without documents confirming the safety of the products.
In samples of oil from the manufacturers Trofimova and Divenko, which at the time of the research in the production sites was about 4 tons, vegetable fats were found: campesterol, stigmasterol and beta-sitosterol.
In samples of the dumplings “Creamy babies“ and “Muslim“, produced by the entrepreneur Degtyarev, laboratory tests showed the presence of DNA from pigs and soybeans. However, the contents of the product packaging do not say soy and pork as ingredients. In Islam, the pig is considered an unclean animal and Muslims are forbidden to eat pork.
Rosselkhoznadzor notes that it has previously informed entrepreneurs that their products do not meet technical regulations. However, Divenko did not withdraw the product from circulation and continued its production.
All products of these manufacturers were declared substandard and sent for destruction.
