In the same place where "We continue the change" had parked their cars so that Delyan Peevski could not enter through the official entrance of the National Assembly, today they are chipping the yellow paving stones to put anti-parking pegs. The co-chairman of "Yes, Bulgaria" Ivaylo Mirchev raised the alarm about this on "Facebook":
"Today, anti-parking pegs are being put in place so that the "big D" can enter undisturbed. No one should allow themselves to block the entrance to the official parking lot of the National Assembly. This is one of the good signs of a conquered state. Then, when there is a certain problem within 24 hours, it is solved".
A reporter's inspection of the Bulgarian National Radio showed that about 2 meters of yellow paving stones were removed from the site, with workers explaining that there was a collapse and the terrain had to be leveled, and that no pegs would be placed.
As an example of the "conquered state" Mirchev points to the reaction of Prime Minister Rosen Zhelyazkov to a request from the leader of "DPS-New Beginning" Delyan Peevski:
"The other day, yesterday in fact, Peevski wrote a letter to the Prime Minister, asking what was happening with the water. The Prime Minister replied to him hours later, reported as a Komsomol leader, answered with worrying eagerness all the questions that Delyan Peevski asked him. The only MP to whom the Council of Ministers reacts in this way. This is the conquered state, which demolishes, cleans, and transports in its full glory, when it wants something to happen, it happens immediately. However, when, for example, a city is without water, the "conquered state" does not react in the same quick way".
