In connection with publications and a video clip distributed on social networks and online media about a dispute that occurred near a parking lot on "Tsar Samuil" Street and "Alabin" Street with the participation of a prosecutor from the Military District Prosecutor's Office-Sofia, Department 10 "Inspectorate" to the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office is taking action on its own and requesting an opinion from the Professional Ethics Commission to the Military Appellate Prosecutor's Office for an alleged violation of the Code of Ethical Conduct of Bulgarian Prosecutors and Investigators.
The inspection should establish whether there are any disciplinary violations committed by a magistrate. Based on the results, it will be assessed whether there are grounds for seeking disciplinary responsibility and taking further action.
