I assume that almost no one will raise the issue of the fact that he is currently in the management of public insurance", added Prof. Kiselova.
"If we follow the statements of Mr. Borisov on the one hand, as so to speak the mandate holder of the potential first mandate, which was supposed to be the basis of the rotation and on the other hand of the leaders of the PP-DB, they individually told us the same thing , that GERB did not want to change the Minister of the Interior. Because the law that allows this possibility was promulgated on Wednesday. And yet, due not to oversight, but rather stubborn parliamentary procedures, led to the rejection of the proposal that the law enter into force on the day of its promulgation, that is, on Wednesday.
And for this reason, on Sunday at the earliest, there may be a Decree for a caretaker government. And the decree for the caretaker government must precede the decree that determines the date on which the early parliamentary elections will be held.
