Ivan Sotirov: Everyone who comes to power in Bulgaria creates "feeders"

The idea of PP-DB that they will get a free lunch and the support of GERB and DPS just so they can manage and serve themselves their own and that they won't pay the bill - is absurd, he said.

Ivan Sotirov: Everyone who comes to power in Bulgaria creates "feeders" - 1

We are trying to provide a meaningful right-wing alternative to this breakdown of the political. This is what Ivan Sotirov from "Blue Bulgaria" told BNR.

"In Bulgaria, parties have degenerated into corporate oligarchic structures where there is no clash of values. Labels are attached - left, right, liberal, social parties. But essentially we see that these people can rotate their values and priorities according to the situation and specific interest. Behind all this is a clash of certain oligarchic circles that have taken over these parties. Some create their own political projects in front of everyone. These are engineering structures that are created by certain oligarchs so that they can use them to drain the state," he commented.

Over-corruption comes from the over-state, Ivan Sotirov emphasized and added that for 2 decades we have been moving towards over-centralization, an increase in ministries and administration.

"We see that all who come serve the oligarchs and crush the medium and small businesses. In many places, even a successful medium or small business, already in order to survive, has become a subcontractor of the oligarchs," he pointed out.

According to him, everyone who comes to power creates "feeders", and the restructuring of the state is used not to optimize the institutions and the way of management, but it is the most convenient form to "crack the ladybugs of those who ruled before you and to appoint your own".

In his words, politics has become a very expensive business. And he gave the example of gambling, for which a proposal for its regulation was rejected. As another problem, Sotirov noted the state of healthcare.

On the management of PP-DB and GERB, he commented:

"The idea of PP-DB that they will get a free lunch, that they will get the support of GERB and DPS just so they can manage and serve their oligarchs and that they will not pay the bill - is absurd. They let them go for 9 months because they saw that they were incompetent and greedy to see that they were no different. What was visible from the beginning is that there is an ambition on the part of PP-DB to govern without GERB in the GERB-Adjian way.

According to him, in the election campaign they will want to present themselves to people who have nothing to do with GERB and DPS and that they are victims of those with whom they were in coalition until yesterday.

In his words, the constitutional reform has rather harmed than helped.

Ivan Sotirov defined as manipulation the explanation that the creation of alternative political projects is a waste of votes.

There is an alternative, he is categorical and added: "If people do not recognize an alternative in our face or in the face of other democratic political projects that would appear, they will be faced with watching another rotation of all this timelessness , to see these people, who in this campaign will take out the most vile incriminating materials that they have been collecting all along".

How will these people do the assembly again tomorrow, asked Ivan Sotirov, emphasizing that they will do it:

"This will be another agony. We'll go another season, another 9 months or 1 year, and there will be a breakdown again. We need to get out of this vicious circle. We offer a solution to get out of this circle".

Ivan Sotirov has doubts about the fairness of the upcoming elections.

"My trafficker against your trafficker - this is their battle. These are the people who ruled until yesterday.

He also expressed doubt about the motives for the big goal - the eurozone, seeing there as well an opportunity for "schemes and tricks".

According to him, the campaigns for the European and national elections should not be separated. The problems facing both the EU and Bulgaria are quite close, he emphasized.
