By order of acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev, two more deputy ministers have been appointed in two ministries, the press service of the Council of Ministers announced, quoted by BTA.

David Sukalinski holds the position in the Ministry of Economy and Industry. He holds a master's degree in law from Southwestern University “Neofit Rilski”, he also holds a master's degree in finance from Veliko Tarnovo University (VTU) “St. St. Cyril and Methodius“ and in history from the New Bulgarian University. He defended his dissertation work for a doctoral degree in criminal procedure at Southwestern University “Neofit Rilski”. Lecturer on “Criminal procedural law“ and “Tax Violations and Penalties” at the same university between 2010 - 2023

During 2015 – In 2021, he was the deputy chairman of the Patent Office of the Republic of Bulgaria. From 2016 to 2021, Sukalinski is a member of the Council on European Affairs and head of the Working Group "Protection of Intellectual and Industrial Property". He was the administrative director of the “National Company of Industrial Zones” EAD. From 2008 to 2015, he was a lawyer at the Bar Association – Blagoevgrad, and from July 2023 until now he is a judge in the Razlog District Court.

Ivan Kapitanov has been appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Agriculture and Food. Alexander Yotsev and Georgi Toshev were released from this position. Kapitanov was the deputy executive director of the "Agriculture" State Fund. In the period between 2017 and 2020, he was the deputy chairman of the board of directors of “Port of Burgas”, and before that he was the chairman of the board of directors and a member of the board of directors of “Port of Burgas”. He worked in the Ministry of Agriculture and Food and the Ministry of Finance. He has a master's degree in "Economics and Industrial Management".

By another order of Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev, Olya Dimitrova was appointed as the chairman of the Patent Office. Vladya Borisova was relieved of her post. According to the requirements of the Law on Patents and Registration of Utility Models, the following requirements are mandatory for the chairman of the department and his deputies: to have worked in the field of industrial property for more than ten years and to have a higher technical or legal education.

The candidacy of Olya Georgieva meets the requirements specified in the law. Nearly 20 years of her professional career were spent at the Patent Office, where she held various positions, including director of the Directorate "Examination and Protection of Inventions, Utility Models and Industrial Designs". He has a patent-law qualification from the Technical University in Sofia.

By another order of acting Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev, nine deputy ministers were appointed in six ministries as of today.

Glavchev also made two proposals for changes in the staff of the caretaker government. He proposed that Stefan Dimitrov be released as acting Minister of Foreign Affairs and that Daniel Mitov take the post, as well as Georgi Takhov to replace Kiril Vatev as Minister of Agriculture and Food.
