What specialists does the business in our country need and do the unemployed meet the criteria?

It turns out that despite the hunger for personnel in our country, more and more people fail to realize themselves in the labor market because employers do not hire them. There are several reasons, but the main one is the education of the unemployed.
According to Hristina Hristova, there are major imbalances in the labor market both here and in the EU. The former social minister emphasized that the labor force in our country is aging, and there is a lack of specialists such as electrical engineers, nuclear and chemical engineers.
According to the experts, a big obstacle for a high number of unemployed in our country is that the Bulgarian language is not their mother tongue. Another barrier is low education. “The profession of the future is thinking”, believes Alexander Nutsov.
