Many of the leading candidates of the PP-DB for The National Assembly can be found in non-electable places in the lists of the right-wing unification. This seems like a tactic – to collect preferential votes, instead of taking the leading places, where ballots with unmarked preferences go anyway, analyzes "Now".
Lena Borislavova – one of the most recognizable faces of the PP-DB, is placed 13th in the list of the capital's 23rd electoral district. In the same district, the deputy Yavor Bozhankov, who left the BSP to join the right, is number 15, and his colleague Ivaylo Mirchev occupies the last 32nd place.
However, they all have good positions in other lists – Borislavova is second in the 24th district, and Bozhankov and Mirchev are leaders in Gabrovo and Dobrich, so in any case entry into the parliament is guaranteed.
In contrast, Bozhidar Bojanov – the former minister of e-governance in the "Petkov" cabinet, is left to fend for himself with preferences. It is placed at number 23 in Burgas. Participation in the list of the 23rd metropolitan area, where he is seventh, gives him a certain chance.
Former Deputy Prime Minister Kalina Konstantinova occupies 11th place in Burgas. However, she is also secured with third place in the 25th district in Sofia. Radoslav Rybarski is number 8 in Kyustendil. However, he is the leader of the list in Stara Zagora.
Elisaveta Belobradova, who traditionally collects a strong preferential vote, is fifth in the 25th district and seventh in Dobrich. In the list for the Eurovote of the PP-DB, it occupies the last 17th place. This is indicative that he relies on a personal vote from voters.
In Dobrich, Daniel Laurer is third. In Varnach, however, he is the leader of the list.
In GERD, such a case can also be found. Ljuben Dilov, who occupies the last 28th place in the general list of GERB with SDS in the 25th district, seems to be winning preferences.
