Tsvetanka Mincheva: Bank clients should not worry about their money upon entering the Eurozone - 1

"There are more and more programs to help Bulgarians have a financial culture, and even training for children in schools."< /p>

That's what he said in "Face to Face" on bTV the deputy chairman of the board of the Association of Banks in Bulgaria Tsvetanka Mincheva.

"As a representative of 20 percent of the banking market, I can say that there are quite a few developments for the implementation of the euro. Customers don't need to worry about their money after the currency change," she said.

"We can mention three directions that will happen. One is a double visualization of the euro, which for banks is of extreme importance. There are colleagues who are already prepared in this field.

The second is the payment system itself. And the third is the physical cash and change of money converted into euros", she also pointed out.

"There is a forum coming up that will discuss how artificial intelligence will affect the banking sector in particular. It will change the way we live, and people have to adapt to it," she believes.

"Banks, on their part, are conservative and won't admit AI easily. Artificial intelligence can help against hacker attacks," said the specialist.
