"If Boyko Borisov keeps his word and does not accept a partnership with DPS,
it would follow at the moment when such a government, supported by the Movement for Rights and Freedoms, is elected, its prime minister and Borisov himself should immediately resign. However, if they agree and accept such support, it means that everything was pre-arranged, he pointed out.
According to him, it is possible to form a minority government with a possible prime minister from GERB - Rosen Zhelyazkov.
"I notice all the symptoms in the behavior of Boyko Borisov, whom I have been observing since 2009. We have not seen him conduct normal political negotiations.

If the quorum in the parliament falls, with 115 votes a minority government supported by the DPS can be elected. Then he can say that he did not make a coalition with the DPS, and everyone can support", Oktai explained.
He predicts the emergence of a political project of President Rumen Radev, who will not complete his term.
"If early elections are held in the autumn and the crisis continues, he may leave the presidency in the spring and head the party,", the analyst believes.
