This is how the co-chairman of the DPS Delyan Peevski reacted after the formalization of his conflict with the honorary chairman of the party Ahmed Dogan.
He made it clear that he would not comply with Dogan's order not to support the draft cabinet "Rosen Zhelyazkov".
"Such a thing he tried to do. I will fulfill the will of the people.
People, I have seen them all over the country, want a government. Bulgaria must have a government. We have to take care of our people. As the leader of the DPS, I am responsible only to the people of the DPS", said Delyan Peevski - the leader of the DPS on the sidelines of the parliament.
He added that this is part of the statute of the DPS, "which is managed by its chairman".
"On a personal level, there is no rift in my relationship with Dogan, but on a party level, I will fulfill the will of the people.
"DPS must fulfill the will of its voters", he was categorical.
"If there is no cabinet, we give Bulgaria to Putin", said Peevski.
He pointed out that voters have given a clear signal that they want a working government.
