" GERB has definitely won and GERB is obliged to proposed government. It's time for statesmen. The fallout in other parties does not affect us and I hope that at 1 o'clock there will be statesmen. We assumed all risk and all responsibility. The best we could offer, we offered. We will not support the second term. So the other parliamentary groups decide what to do." This became clear from a statement by GERB leader Boyko Borisov on the sidelines of the parliament.
In his words, the third mandate is "imaginary thing", because the president decides who to give the mandate to and no one else knows.

"I am convinced that there will be no government. We will endure everything that our colleagues say, because we owe it to our voters," he added.
