Plamen Dimitrov: Bombs are ticking in the energy sector - 1

In the last year our economy has suffered because of the processes that are going on in Western Europe and in particular Germany , which is our main economic partner, but not only because of them. This is reflected directly through the loss of jobs, said in the show "Face to face" on bTV, the president of the National Security Council, Plamen Dimitrov.

He added that there are a number of measures proposed by employers that should be implemented immediately.

The most important measure is similar to the 60/40 support applied during the covid pandemic, where people who lost their jobs receive state compensation, Dimitrov said.

Bombs are also ticking in the energy sector. In "Mini Maritsa East" every month they wonder where to get money for salaries. This sector also needs money that is not provided for in the budget, the trade unionist pointed out.

Additional funds must be found, either through a budget update or through cost restructuring. These are the urgent things that must be done, stressed Plamen Dimitrov.

In health care, there are also issues with doctors' salaries that need to be addressed. There are many superimposed problems that need to be solved, the KNSB president also said.
