Sofia City Court took a measure of remand "detention" of People's Representative Jeyhan Ibryamov.
The decision of the court is subject to appeal and protest before the higher instance.
BTA recalls that Jeyhan Ibryamov was arrested a few days ago, and during his arrest the sum of BGN 100,000 was discovered, which was described in advance, prosecutor Vanya Stefanova from the Supreme Prosecutor's Office announced at a briefing.
The Speaker of the National Assembly, Raya Nazaryan, and the Central Election Commission authorized the removal of Jeyhan Ibryamov's immunity as a representative and a candidate for deputy, following a request from the prosecutor's office to indict him.
