A fire broke out between the Plovdiv villages of Skutare and Rogosh, the Ministry of the Interior announced. The fire was reported shortly after 3 p.m. today, reports News.bg.
The flames engulfed dry grass and bushes, requiring an immediate response. 7 fire trucks and 20 firefighters were dispatched to the scene. A Czech helicopter was also involved in extinguishing the fire.
By 5 p.m., the fire was successfully brought under control. Neither houses nor citizens were damaged.
