Boyko Naydenov: Why didn't the fire system work in the warehouse near Elin Pelin? - 1

We are working on all versions of the explosions in warehouses for pyrotechnics near Elin Pelin – from human negligence to damage of any of the products, technical malfunction, accidental act, the version of intentional act is also checked.

"A wide range of people who are relevant to the enterprise's activities must be found. Perhaps the reasons are actions or inactions before - control, storage, subsequent control. In this building, the control must be strengthened, it is not possible to enter arbitrarily. If people enter unsecured and carry mobile phones, this can lead to sparks and ignition," commented the former head of the National Investigation Service (NSI) Boyko Naydenov in "Bulgaria morning".

He emphasized that careful and selective inspections of the scene should be done to gather all the objective truth. According to him, a small wire can prove that there may have been an apparatus there that caused the fire.

Where are the gaps back in time?

Naydenov pointed out to Bulgaria ON AIR that it is very good that there is an eyewitness to the fatal incident. The guest pointed out that cameras outside the building could rewind the tape and see everything.

"Why didn't the fire system work? It should pour loads of water and prevent the fire from spreading. 1000 meters from the houses - who gave permission for 2-3-5 tons of TNT equivalent to be deposited there?" asked the former head of NSLS.

Naydenov insisted that such incidents should not happen in our country. He emphasized that prevention is not waiting for an explosion.

"What would happen if the wind blew the other way? What a great organization when the boy says that there is no police and fire department for two hours?!", pointed out the former head of the National Investigation Service.
