This was commented by Ivan Takov, chairman of BSP - Sofia and of the Local Coalition group "BSP for Bulgaria". in SOS. He added that he was not surprised by the emotional reaction of the deputy mayor for finance Ivan Vassilev, the chairman of the PP-DB-SS group in the SOS Boris Bonev and their colleagues on the occasion of the decision of the regional governor Stefan Arsov to cancel the order of mayor Vasil Terziev, with which he returns the report on the launch of competitions for the appointment of Boards of Directors in municipal commercial companies until competitions are held.
"We all witnessed their behavior during the session where we discussed the reports. Apparently, it is still difficult for them to realize where they are. State and municipal government imply another kind of culture not only of behavior. They may understand it, but obviously it will be the hard and painful way, comments Ivan Takov. - Law and order in the country must be respected by everyone, even by the mayors, councilors and the administration of PP-DB-SS in the Capital Municipality. The laws in the country are not plasticine so that they can shape them according to their needs and if they don't like them, crush them and remake them. The laws in the country are to be followed as they are. In the specific case, the regional governor observed the order and the law and made a decision according to his powers. We also did not like Vyara Todeva's decision to destroy the Monument to the Soviet Army. But she did it without batting an eye. May I ask - whose order did she fulfill 7-8 months ago? Then, for the PP-DB-SS, everything was legal, in the appropriate order, and they were very satisfied. Now also the actions of the regional governor Stefan Arsov are completely according to the order and the law. No one has any reason to challenge his decision, much less to ask him to resign because he followed the law.
Ivan Takov also commented on Mayor Vasil Terziev's decision to appoint a temporary chief architect of Sofia after accepting the resignation of Arch. Zdravko Zdravkov. "This action of the mayor is already a surprise for me," said the leader of the capital's socialists. - After he himself, his deputies, the municipal councilors from the PP-DB-SS turned a session into a real grotesque because of the change of the previous managements of the municipal companies and the appointment of temporary ones pending a competition, after today they even demanded the resignation of the regional governor for this reason , Mayor Terziev did exactly what they are fighting against. He quickly appointed himself a temporary chief architect. However, there is one significant difference. The report on municipal companies was supported by two-thirds of the political groups in the SOS. And the decision to appoint a temporary chief architect is the sole decision of the mayor, without being agreed with any other political group in SOS. This is the only goal of PP-DB-SS in SOS. To do what they want without anyone stopping them. All their requests for transparent management, for a different model from that of GERB in the municipality, for a prepared team of professionals echoed in the channel immediately after the elections last year. PP-DB-SS very quickly stepped into the shoes of GERB in the capital municipality. They enjoyed their rule and forgot about their pre-election promises. But they miss a very important fact - they do not have a majority in the SOS. There is no way for them to riot in the Capital Municipality as the rulers did in the previous two mandates. We from "BSP for Bulgaria" we certainly won't let them. We will support their every good and useful decision for Sofia and the citizens and we will stop their every attempt to use the tools of power for personal gain.
