We accept the third mandate as the mandate of the parliament and we hope that it will be used to return the dialogue between the parties and arrive at an intersection of priorities for the development of the country. This was said by the head of the PG of the BSP, Borislav Gutsanov, after it became clear that the ITN will try to implement the third attempt to form a cabinet, promising to talk to everyone. He said that unofficially they have already had talks with ITN. Gutsanov does not consider it normal to have elections six times in 3 years.
"I hope there is a will of wisdom, of statesmanship and dialogue, in order to reach a regular cabinet and normalize relations in the political space,", the deputy hopes.
Gutsanov refused to name what their conditions for support will be from now on. He emphasized, however, that "the social part is key, as well as healthcare, peace and energy". However, he does not set them as red limits for now and prefers to start the talks first. There is also a readiness for a meeting of the National Council of the BSP to make a decision.
He reiterated that the cabinet must be of national salvation. "Expert, above party. Now talking about ministers is not normal in this extremely difficult situation. It is not by chance that the Grand National Assembly made it so that the first and second mandates are given to a candidate for prime minister, and the third to a parliamentary group. It is general, of the whole parliament. It is important whether wisdom or self-centeredness will prevail," said Gutsanov.
