KEVR confirms the price of natural gas for August, NOVA reported.
It is expected to be in the amount of just over 61 BGN per megawatt hour. This is about 6 percent higher than the current one. For the month of July, it amounts to about BGN 58 per megawatt hour.
The reason for the increase is the planned repair of the trans-Adriatic gas pipeline, which necessitates the need to compensate for the reduced amounts of Azeri gas with production from the gas storage in Chiren.
