The DPS has not submitted an application to the SGS , with which to request that the changes in the leadership of the DPS be noted in the party register, as well as the new seal sample be entered, learned "In the world and in our country" from SGS. Thus, according to the registration, DPS is represented jointly and separately by two chairmen – Delyan Peevski and Jevdet Chakarov.
On August 27, the honorary chairman of the DPS convened a meeting of the Central Committee at the summer residence in Rosenets Park. near Burgas. Then from the press center of the "DPS – Dogan" spread a message that the CSO has decided to release Delyan Peevski as chairman of the DPS. And to exclude: Peevski, Halil Letifov, Iskra Mihailova, Yordan Tsonev, Hamid Hamid, Stanislav Anastasov, Radoslav Revanski and Erten Anisova from the party.
At the same meeting, the CSO approved new samples of DPS stamps and canceled the previous samples. The change in the management of the DPS is subject to entry in the register of political parties and then it is valid for third parties, outside the movement.
The period in which the change in circumstances must be declared to the SGS is 30 days. Until now, the DPS has not submitted an application to the SGS to request that Delyan Peevski be removed as the chairman of the party and that it be represented only by Jevdet Chakarov.
