MIR Party leaves "BSP-United Left": BSP was taken into a concession by Peevski - 1

The MIR Party left the "BSP-United Left" Coalition, stating that the coalition agreement and dialogue were violated, and people directly dependent on Delyan Peevski were placed at the head of the lists. “We entered this coalition with pure intentions and with the idea of it becoming an alternative, but unfortunately the BSP was taken into a concession by Peevski and we no longer have a place there,“, cut off Simeon Slavchev and the members of the NIS of PP MIR.

Here is their decision, published on the Facebook page of the MIR party and members of its leadership:

„We held an online meeting of the NIS of the MIR party and decided that the MIR party should leave the “BSP-United Left” coalition.

The reasons are as follows:

1. The coalition agreement and the dialogue in the coalition have been violated.

2. People directly dependent on Peevski were put in charge of lists.

3. The MIR party has always acted in a principled and consistent manner, and in order to preserve and preserve it as a clean, principled and moral party, it is necessary to leave the coalition right now.

We entered this coalition with pure intentions and with the idea of it becoming an alternative, but unfortunately the BSP was taken into a concession by Peevski and we no longer have a place there.

In this regard, today we are taking action to leave the coalition and withdraw all our proposals from the lists”, says the decision of the MIR party.

In his Facebook profile, Borislav Bonev added:

„And as an addition, I can say that the day when Peevski in one way or another is “physicalized” from Bulgarian politics, this day should be declared a national holiday of Bulgaria! Such a pest has not existed since the time of Bogdan Filov!!!“.
