The measure aims to support farmers by applying a reduced excise duty rate to fuel used for mechanized agricultural activities.
The discount for a liter of gas oil will be determined at a later stage, according to the annual aid budget and the sum of the individual annual quotas of farmers, the Ministry of Agriculture specifies.
