Voter turnout will be the indicator that will determine which path he will take political life in our country after the vote on October 27. It is still too early to predict the direction of the voters, because a large number of them have not yet decided whether and for whom they will vote.

However, he indicated the options for how many and what parties will be part of the new parliament and whether there are prerequisites for forming a regular government.
According to the sociologist, the logical partner of GERB in the next parliament seems to be DPS– New beginning.
Raising the threshold for entering the parliament will not solve the political crisis, believes Zhivkov.
„If we have a higher voter turnout, logic predicts that we will also have, perhaps, a less fragmented parliament.
With a less fragmented parliament, two political forces may be enough to form a governing coalition, but this is really a more peripheral scenario as a possibility.
If we have average or low voter turnout, we will witness a situation in which we will need three, I do not exclude even four political entities”, the sociologist pointed out.
In view of the fragmentation and division in the DPS, for the moment it seems that the battle for second place is between PP-DB and “Vazrazhdane”, he also noted.
