The Supervisory Board of NHOC meets again to discuss the draft management contract with Stanimir Mihailov, broadcast BNT.
The manager of the National Health Insurance Institute reinstated by the Constitutional Court returned to head the institution yesterday. Stanimir Mihailov is already registered with the Registration Agency. However, his management contract with the Supervisory Board of the Treasury has not yet been signed. The procedure does not interfere with the operation of the cash register.
Mikhailov resigned at the end of last year. He withdrew it in April, shortly before the deputies released him early. Mihailov attacked the parliament's decision. The Constitutional Court declared it illegal and reinstated Mihailov. Last week he asked the Supervisory Board to prepare his management contract. No decision was made on the matter at Friday's emergency meeting. Nevertheless, Mihailov returned to work yesterday.
