Andon Andonov (GERB) was elected mayor of the village of Studena in Svilengrad . He gets 144 votes.

57 people voted for Petko Patchov from PP-DB.

The BSP-Coalition candidate for Bulgaria has 18 votes, 14 are for Yordan Nedelchev from "Vazrazhdane".
