These are very important choices, they have a unique aspect. We always chose between ideas – liberal, left, control (PP-DB), pragmatic policy (GERB). For the first time, we have a situation where ideas and technology fight in the person of Mr. Peevski. We have the traditional flurry of ideas and one person who doesn't tell an idea – we are only talking about technology. Sociologist Andrey Raichev stated this in the program “Face to Face” on BTV.
„On the one hand, we have a principled position – people are sick of elections as technology goes. It happened in the most unexpected place, not in the parties that are in crisis, but in the DPS. This is a very dangerous situation for the country because technology should not be allowed to come to power. It will harm us like artificial intelligence“, he stressed.
Raichev admitted that there will be election manipulations. “Everything is technology. This is a huge test for ideological parties where corruption is not a leading factor. The danger that ideas can be replaced must be realized”, the sociologist warned.
„PP-DB have not apologized for arresting Borisov and then ruling with him. They don't think they've done anything wrong – on the contrary, they are proud. They are running blind politics. They also legitimized Peevski”, Andrey Raichev explained.
According to the sociologist, a coalition can be formed with the following composition Borisov – PP – Slavi Trifonov and BSP. It is not clear what support the DPS will receive. You can't see a very big Peevski. Dogan is fighting for some scraps, while Peevski has growth. There are terrible things that are not talked about – Ukraine, the green and Covid. These are very big and expensive failures to face. Course must be changed – to reduce spending and stabilize things so that we don't fall into the vortex”, pointed out Raychev.
