"We have several decisions for Prime Minister. If we are first and have a good result, it will be me. Because there is no one more prepared than me.
If the result is not so good, coalition formulas are needed. I pull back and offer other formulas. I suggested Prof. Gabrovski, Maria Gabriel and Denkov found an option, then we suggested Rosen Zhelyazkov.

On the question of PP-DB's offer for an equidistant prime minister, Borisov commented that, unlike them, he is not ashamed of the three times he was prime minister. And recommended to the host to clarify to whom exactly the offer was addressed - whether to GERB-SDS or to the other parties. And he emphasized that "we are participating in elections to propose who will rule Bulgaria".
"We do not have an offer from PP-DB for joint management", Borisov pointed out to host Konstantin Valkov.
Borisov scolded the presenter, who several times speculated that Delyan Peevski would buy votes: "No Peevski, PPDB! Who gives you the right to talk like that? I am not Peevski's lawyer, but we have negative examples from Varna and Khitrino."
"The formula that I think has been successful is to broadcast negotiating teams. However, I claim that we do not have an offer from anyone from PPDB for joint management", the leader of GERB is categorical.
"PPDB do not have a proposal to GERB. Their goal behind the scenes is to make with "Vazrazhdane", BSP, ITN something like an official government that supposedly works", Borisov also stated.
"Did they tell you who is their candidate for prime minister? They have no proposal for Prime Minister. Their goal is to form a behind-the-scenes government with ITN, BSP, etc. They have no proposal to GERB," Borisov was categorical.
The only thing that we can categorically say is that we will not form a government with "Revival". For ideological reasons. Otherwise, I have a lot of respect for my colleagues, emphasized the GERB leader.
Looking at the results of the sociological agencies, which give GERB a lead of more than 10%, I can say that there is neither a bought nor a corporate vote in our votes.
My call is for everyone to go vote, then the bought vote will not matter, added Borisov.
"Our campaign is what we will do, what we guarantee, how we will do it and accordingly how we would overcome the difficulties we have at the moment if we have a strong political class," he added.
"I think on October 27th we will find out who bought what. Yesterday I was in Varna. In the gypsy neighborhood we have 1 vote, the others have 60. Let's stop this ala-bala. "I won elections when Boyko Rashkov was a minister, arrested, crushed and others bought elections," said the former prime minister.
"I am an optimist and believe that if we and our colleagues from other parties show the same character, the same Bulgarianness, we will be able to form a stable government" said Borisov.
"I remember a famous meeting with President Zelensky - the three Delyan Peevski, Boyko Borisov and Kiril Petkov were sitting together. I can give many more such examples. If they will help us, I will give", he added.
"I imagine that GERB will give the maximum of itself. Whoever wins the contest has the bonus of proposing a prime minister and ministers and seeking a majority. I offer success to all parties, to become the first, because then democracy makes sense", announced the GERB leader.
"I do not exclude the BSP from the possibilities of a coalition in this critical situation,", he specified. "We were friends with Kiril Petkov, we were together. We sat with Kiril, Peevski, Hristo, Atanas every God's day. Until noon with me, in the afternoon with them", Borisov recalled about the relations in the ruling majority.
"It's better if it's Petkov, it's better if it's Denkov, if it's me or Rosen Zhelyazkov, and not someone behind the scenes, equidistant, who we won't know who brought him," he also commented on the PPDB's idea of an equidistant prime minister.
And he ended by saying that if we have sense, in one year he sees Bulgaria in both the Eurozone and Schengen, as well as 90% completed infrastructure projects.
