In the morning Asen Vassilev said that first the future governing parties must agree on the program, and then to find the equidistant prime minister. He will be so independent that he will run a program that was written before he was invited. He will then propose independent ministers who will also not have been involved in the writing of the program they have to carry out. The responsibility for their actions will of course be borne by the MPs in the ruling majority and by the parties that support the independent government.
This is what the GERB-SDS MP candidate Toma Bikov wrote on his Facebook page regarding the participation of Asen Vasilev earlier today in one of the television stations. Here is more from Bykov's comment:
This is another mistaken construction, whose life will run out in no more than a year. Because those who make the decisions will not be the ones who will bear responsibility. And when the deputies are responsible for the independent ministers, they will ask to make decisions within the framework of the executive power. This is a natural process that leads to conflicts and the disintegration of the majority. Therefore, I claim that the PP-DB propose an interim government as a solution to the political crisis, which could only be resolved with a clear political majority, clear decision-making mechanisms and an adequate distribution of responsibilities within it. I hope that after the elections PP-DB will reconsider their pre-election statements.
